Our beautiful estate is located in front of the sea on the second largst island in greece, EVIA!. Evia (Euböa) is around 45 Minutes away from Athens and you can reach it with the ferry or by car ovet two road bridges spanning the narrow gap from the mainland to the island, so access is easy all year.
Evia consists of beautiful, and usually remote beaches, surrounded by mountains and pine forests. You will find both sandy beaches with umbrellas, deck chairs, bars and every kind of shop needed for holiday needs, and remote beaches with stunning canyons and mountains, suitable for exploration
The Villa consits comfort und luxury inside and around the estate. Everything for your recovery. The classic Villa offers you 3 bedrooms, 1 full equied kitchen, 1 living room to enjoy. With the apartment downstairs 12 guests have enough place.
The outdoor area is very romantic with palm trees and olive trees and offers you a fantastic outdoor kitchen. From all rooms and the outdoor area you have a free look on the impressive blue sea

Near the villa, you can find the small town Karystos with all kind of shop you need for your holiday and a lot of culturell possibilities. A rare treasure box of surprises in southern Evia.
Around Karystos there are a lot of wonderful bays, perhaps you are the only one, and for that moment it is your private beach.
